One-On-One (In Person)
30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute sessions
These sessions will include mobility, strength and conditioning coaching to fit your individual needs and goals. All ages and fitness levels can benefit from one-on-one training because the focus is on you and your quality of life.

Online Personal Training
Bi-weekly check ins
This is the perfect option if you are more independent and/or flexible in your training schedule. You will be using the Trainerize app which offers a detailed fitness program for you along with video demonstrations of each exercise. Appropriate nutrition recommendations are also included.

Hybrid (In Person & Online)
Meet 1x a week, remainder is online
This option is if you are an intermediate gym goer, or trying to build independence. This offers one session in person and the remainder plan is online for you to complete on your own.
