Personal Training Services

BMI offers 3 personal training services (listed below with descriptions).

Independent plans (one time fee and plan) are located under the ‘Ebooks’ tab

  • One-On-One (In Person)

    30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute sessions

    1x/week = 4 sessions

    2x/week= 8 sessions

    3x/week= 12 sessions

    4x/week= 16 sessions

    These sessions will include mobility, strength and conditioning coaching to fit your individual needs and goals. All ages and fitness levels can benefit from one-on-one training because the focus is on you and your quality of life.

  • Group Training (In Person)

    45 minute sessions with at least 4 members

    1x/week = 4 sessions

    2x/week= 8 sessions

    Fitness classes for multiple individuals (all fitness levels and ages are welcome) to participate with a more affordable price. Strength and conditioning is included in the sessions along with progressions and regressions for each exercise. Join a class and keep each other motivated with like-minded teammates!

  • Online Personal Training

    Bi-weekly check ins

    1 month (4 weeks)

    3 months (12 weeks)

    6 months (24 weeks)

    This is the perfect option if you are not able to make it in for one-on-one training and need some flexibility in your training schedule. Online personal training offers a detailed fitness program for you to follow along with appropriate nutrition recommendations that meet your lifestyle needs and goals.
